major, all I can think of is that they changed the definition....sort of like the jobless-claim stats.

 

Perhaps they now include anything that's even had a permit applied for :P

Yep. Just like in 1991 and 1982, the spec builders will be caught in the middle of a huge building glut at the peak of the downturn.

 

My favorties, where I grew up, were the paved cul-de-sacs to nowhere. Good bike riding and skateboarding.
