Farmers and other witnesses in Sangongdian village in Taizhou city saw flocks of bramble finch suddenly fall from the sky Tuesday, the Beijing Youth Daily said. Most of the birds were dead when they hit the ground and some were injured, it said. The birds look like sparrows and are small in size. Officials from the local centre for disease prevention and control rushed to the scene. You have an uncanny ability to pick just the RIGHT songs. I used to wait on Prince, in Minneapolis, before he hit it big nationally. In a popular disco in town. He didn't drink alcohol, just juice. And he would just stand there for hours, watching the crowd, with his arms crossed, watching what they responded to musically. Guest Posted February 6, 2004 Report Share Posted February 6, 2004 A stool moment 02/04/2004 03:03 PM Electrical Fault Blamed For Public Toilet Explosion A modern public toilet near Stoke-on-Trent in the UK exploded after an electrical fault made the water supply surge back with such force that the roof of the enclosure was blown off and the surrounding structure left the pavement. Fortunately nobody was using the facility at the time. The force of the explosion was so great that unconfirmed reports say that traffic lights nearby were effected. High voltage cabling underneath the toilet are being blamed for the incident. A spokesperson for investigators Aquila said "This could have been quite distressing if not dangerous if someone had been in there and we are taking it very seriously".
