Onerous opacity

The previously owned are clearing like crazy...up 10% from the lows, but still off 10-15% from the highs

 

But it is very stratafied

 

The low end stuff $500-600 that is in good shape and the new builds $1M+ are flying

 

The previously owned between those prices is a little sticky...reason being, folks debate about going for a $750,000-850,000 previously owned vs a brand spanking new 4-5bed/3-4 bath, 3,000-4000 sq footer for $1.0-1.2M
