Jimi
'Nuther new low at 79.85. 605802 Friggin' dollar is sending its own message to Bernanke about the sensibility of a rate cut. It might be a lot quieter than the message sent by Kramer & that horrible unAmerican scumbag, Crudlow, but it's also 10,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 times more substantive. LeeWhee
Whoops. Cult schlock HOG (Harley Davidson) off 8% today and at 52-wk lows, fully erasing the fake rally from last year. Schlocks fluctuate, I guess.

K Wave Rider
I'd be real careful with the currencies here....HUGE neggie D's on Dollar daily chart on this low....this could be a final spike.... Or it could be the beginning of an all out collapse...next few trading hours could be be more revealing....

DrStool
The locals will probably go back to 12-13. 605800 That ought to take about a third off the IYR. 605805 More like 75%. Those cap rates would just be for the properties that are actually leased. My guess is that vacancy on commercial-industrial will go to 25-30% before all is said and done. Most REITs will go bust. ZERO. Just like the homebuilders. The whole real estate industrial complex will have to be recapitalized over the next 5-10 years. There's just no there there. Am I bearish on RE? I couldn't be more bearish on any sector of anything at any time. The whole thing was the product of and end result of the greatest ponzi scheme in history- the Credit Bubble.
