By some reason I think that PDs will not allow the treasuries to fall any further.

Of course they will need a week or two to come with a plan, but when they coma just watch out. GM bk might be a first step in the desired direction.

Btw GM $1 puts were trading about $.4 yesterday (Thursday), .47 today. Looks like a 50% chance is priced in. When 50% turns into done deal the market could be surprised a bit.

Have a safe and happy holiday. I'll see you around this weak end. It looks like a promising one for bears.

I think the market will find a way to screw not only bulls, but bears as well.

For example it will just open at 850 next time, how many bears went into weekend flat?

Big Chicken dinner winner this weakend!

Do you know this bank, Doc?

BankUnited Acquires the Banking Operations of BankUnited, FSB, Coral Gables, Florida

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

May 21, 2009

"Bank United, FSB had assets of $12.80 billion and deposits of $8.6 billion as of May 2, 2009. The new BankUnited will assume $12.7 billion in assets and $8.3 billion in nonbrokered deposits. The FDIC and BankUnited entered into a loss-share transaction and will share in the losses on approximately $10.7 billion in assets covered under the agreement. The loss-sharing arrangement is projected to maximize returns on the covered assets by keeping them in the private sector. The agreement also is expected to minimize disruptions for loan customers as they will maintain a banking relationship. BankUnited will recapitalize the institution with $900 million in new capital."

Californica Confronts Growing Cash Crisis After Ballot Defeat

With the governor expecting Californica to have $21 Billion less than it needs over the next 13 months, he has proposed cutting deeper into spending on everything from schools to jails as the state prepares to borrow record sums from investors.

The defeated package would have extended a $16 Billion tax increase for two years.

“Now we have to recognize that and move forward and make all of the changes through cuts,” Schwarzenegger told reporters in Washington today. “We will always represent the people. We will make those cuts and balance the budget through those cuts.”

On May 14, Schwarzenegger introduced his own proposals for eliminating the budget gap, including the deeper cuts that will result from last night’s vote. Among the plans are ones to deport illegal immigrants, increase income tax withholdings, cut more from schools and borrow some $2 billion of property tax revenue from local governments in the state.

Transferring inmates into labor camps would help...

jickiss is back!

jickiss is back!

and,

for sure, this moment is an historic moment for the US of A. will the Karma be broken, or will there be a New Unseen Trick that will prove, From Here to Eterinty, that if WE Say it Ain't over,

well,

IT JUST AIN'T OVER?

who could not Pause at this juncture, and wonder? To see the two Oceans at once, to take the measure of the past and weight it in the peril of the Future.....will the "Bull" Pen win, will the Morans on the Mound finally be Pulled, like unto cheap Horses, will the 50 to one emerge, out of the back of the pack, to frolic on the outside and win the race, Against all odds?????

or will such seers as Mr. Sinclair really be right, finally???

will the erstwhile fools, such as your jickiss, be Right, Major Right, finally?

remember, it all comes down to this: "In the end, (as said your jickiss all too many times) In the End, only the gold and silver and miners and miners related longs, and the Broads Shorts, can win big."

there can be no comfort in seeing and in living an unwind.....but, on the other hand, all too many have lived all too well, not from efforts made with true intentions, but, rather from frauds perpertrated from gross pretentions.

Weighted in the Balance, Finally, the truths will soon emerge in the the Markets. No Market can be, ultimately, manipulated agains its Real Direction....

are you ready??????

jickiss!!!!!!!

Hold Fast!

Have been messing around with QuoteTracker. Dirt cheap, easy to set up, includes tick charts, and works with many feeds.

No idea yet if it would cut the mustard for the more advanced custom stuff some folks need, but I'm pretty happy so far.

Edit: haven't teased out the right slow sto settings. That thing looks almost directionless, like a snail trail you'd find on the patio.

P.S.S. the real problem in that screenshot is the apparent failure at the daily tunnel...

Phat,

I'm a big fan of Quotetracker and used it for years with Interactivebrokers' feed.

You can generate nested cycle channels using their Keltner indicator, by adding multiple keltners with different periods and offsets. I could dig up my config file and send it to you if you're interested.
