Guest
CSCO open orders on Island are running 2 to1 on the sell side. But there are some curiously huge buy orders of 30,000 (1/2 million).
machinehead
Does anybody think that the final-hour slide was NOT caused by leaked word of the Cisco announcement? Everyday it becomes clearer that 'forensic trading' (as the buddha calls it) is what the pros do.

soup
we know crisco aint a growth company, what does the company really earn? 25 cents, maybe .30 after they expense all the expenses? So the stock is worth about 7 bucks, but only if they start to pay a nice dividend.

The last hour for CSCO reminded me of the eighth inning of a lopsided baseball game when the people start filing out of the exits early to avoid the rush. "During the fourth quarter of fiscal 2003, Cisco repurchased 83 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $1.4 billion. For fiscal 2003, Cisco repurchased 424 million shares of common stock for an aggregate purchase price of $6.0 billion." LOL AS
