If we close March at this level we will have done something that MUST be construed as VERY BEARISH. A monthly KEY reversal. :o

and the Quarterly would be a perfect "top",

We would have to be below 1000 for that to happen.

not sure I understand, just looked at the SPX and if we closed the end of the quarter right here we form a nice little spinning top. we opened the year at 1106

I'm sorry. I didn't realise that you where talking about a spinning top. I thought you where speaking on a key reversal. My bad. Don't spinning Tops indicate indesicion?

I don't know for sure, I don't trade by them, just notice how they seem to show up at turns more than during a trend.

Regards a quarterly reversal you might want to check out Astro Cycle Bear's Papillon chart at crystal ball. It has 970-990 by the end of next week. SWEET!

Silver at 7.25

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

What a week this has been

Silver looks like it may be setting up for a breakaway/runaway move. I know I said that when it was at $6.50 a month ago, but it still looks like that's where its going.

Unfortunately with the stock market in a possible significant move downward the next few weeks to few months, silver must be purchased in its bullion form or - if you rather not deal with the physical stuff buy CEF (Central Fund of Canada). Its asset are split 50 onces of silver for every once of gold.

Silver at 7.25

:D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D  :D

What a week this has been

$7.28 was the high close on the Comex in Feb. 1998. That became the target after silver broke though $6.72. And it's getting very close.

Beyond $7.28, silver will be into 16-year highs ... 1988 levels.

It could happen as soon as tomorrow. And it would be another straw in the wind for the inflationary case.
