First they said they'd bombed seven shades out of him and now ,when they think eveyone has forgotten,they capture him.Like a lot of reports they prolly missed out the bit about him being in an urn. But life without Krispy Kreme is, well,... it just ain't living. I used the program, including the basic diet, found in This Book After 6 months my Tri went to 97 from 255 and my cholesterol went to 145 from 199 (All mg/dl), with high HDL. My physician thought there must have been a problem the lab and ordered a re-do. Same basic results. And, I still eat donuts whenever I feel like it. Today made another high for this year and apparently the "suckers" are starting to buy again--now that we're up 50%+ since the March lows! This is truly running on fumes but for how much longer?
