wndysrf
Credit Insurers: MBI Three drives to a top on lighter volume? Or a giant squeeze coming? My stop is right over today's highs. If this thing explodes on a big candle to the upside, then time to flip it to go long. ABK Looks like a triangle pattern, could break either way. PileDriver
too funny Mark. COF is a good donger. Out of 7000+ chips out there VectorVest ranks it numero 3. Its a weekly confirmed buy in OmniTrader with a rating of 99. Hold onto it and don't chicken out, you will turn coin on it. I am still turning major coin on my four Supermodels using the same technique. What a racket.

PileDriver
MBI will go higher, ABK probably too. No way would I short these. I chickened out on donging MRGE and CNQR a couple of days ago and of course...they spike up.
wndysrf
Pile: I'll go long on COF on the open on Monday. I promise I won't chicken out.... Amazing how the surprises lately are on the upside.... Do we have any math majors out there? From Puplava's site tonight, I gathered the following from the graphs: Since the March Madness Highs, The $USD has fallen from 118 to 101 (17%) The Euro has risen from 95 to 105 (14%) The S & P has fallen from 1170 to 930 (25%) Does that mean that the Euro Banks and Insurance Companies with U.S. Supermodel Envy have lost over 50% on their U.S. stock investments in the last 10 months? Shocking how they continue to buy YHOO and EBAY.....

brian4
Mark-Lou and the End have it pretty much right-you don't-where stocks close in the aftermarket has nothing to do with where futures closed. End is right in that if futures close several days in a row at a discount to cash-it is bullish. However this is the first time in a long time which is bearish for monday. Translation-it means at the open the BOYZ will sell cash (the market) and buy the futures-since futures are down hard it means markets down hard at open. trade safe! The End
Song to myself. smoke if you got em' The kinks again. MISERY. arista records Misery I know you got troubles but you don't have to spread it about Misery You moan and you groan but all of that I can live without Well Until you stop worrying about yourself You'll never get anywhere with me I'll still be hanging in there but you're still a misery Until you learn to laugh you'll never come to any parties at my house My house And if you go on like this the only house you'll ever visit is the nut house Nut house You're such a misery, why don't you learn to laugh Look in the mirror and Don't take yourself so seriously Well Dollar bills could fall from the sky But still you wouldn't be satisfied But I'm not going to let you depress me Until you learn to laugh you'll never come to any parties at my house My house And if you go on like this the only house you'll ever visit is the nut house Nut house You're such a misery, why don't you learn to laugh Look in the mirror and Don't take yourself so seriously Ah ah ah ah Misery You're only happy when you're feeling totally down Misery I only ever see you when your chin's hanging on the ground Well Until you learn to laugh at yourself You'll never get anywhere with me I'm down but I'm still happy but You're such a misery, well You're such a misery, well You're such a misery
The End
final song for the night. King crimson indiscipline I do remember one thing. It took hours and hours but.. by the time I was done with it I was so involved I didn't know what to think. I carried it around with me for days and days.. playing little games like not looking at it for a whole day and then.. looking at it. to see if I still liked it. I did. I repeat myself when under stress. I repeat myself when under stress. I repeat myself when under stress. I repeat myself when under stress. I repeat.. The more I look at it the more I like it. I do think it's good. The fact is.. no matter how closely I study it no matter how I take it apart no matter how I break it down It remains consistant. I wish you were here to see it. I like it. THIS is how i think!
SkiddMarket
Pile- I saw the COF ranking in VV. I'd feel better if HPQ and CSCO weren't right up there too. I guess if COF is getting ready to jump the gap, it'll be a winner, but if the market turns south, dontcha think it'll end up toast? Ya got guts- I'll give you that. Great column, Mark. Did you see TOL just got inducted into the S&P Midcap 400 roster? Maybe that accounts for the jump. Keep up the great posts everyone- what an education!
