In fractional reserve banking the target is the required amount...not too much and not too little... Unfortunately due to it's construction it is a finite construct...It can inflate debt to it's maximum potential then implode...that is all fractional reserve banking can do... reguardless of how you administrate it...the end result is always implosion... The reaching of maximum potential is assured...the only variable is time...The only speculation is when...that is the only unknown... there is no if just when...fortunately or unfortunately we just happen to have been born at the right place and time to see it happen...
