Jimbo
GOLDMEMBERS NIRP POLICY FOR SHAREHOLDERS So a third of shareholders vote against the compensation plan at the AGM. I guess their tired of their wealth going backward. Shares have fallen from $235 to $154 since 2007, a 35% fall in 9 years. The share capital of Goldmember is really negative rate debt. Because thats how its being rewarded. The dividend is a lousy 1.5%. And remember as a shareholder you are providing costless insurance to all the lenders to Goldmember against all asset price depreciation. You are the asset price balance sheet insurer now .....no AIG to save you this time (as was the case with sub-prime). Each dollar of share capital insures against price deprecation on more than $10 of assets that Goldmember holds. What happens in a year where there is no QE to push prices of assets up and with assets overpriced and overleveraged they instead correct 10%???? That would represent a wipeout of Goldmembers entire capital base. Good luck shareholders.
