capitall
Well, the computers did beat the floor traders http://flooredthemovie.com/community/?page_id=11# so maybe mech systems aren't so stoopid. I was impressed with Cassie's mech system.

phatbubble
I might be wrong, but this thing looks ready to puke on its shoes. The move off the Sep top looks clearly impulsive. Perfect .618 retrace to a lower high last week. Daily indicators falling apart. Am modestly long the -3x (DRV).
briarberrys
The next bubble ??? (one of them) China M1 Money Supply, YoY, September + 29.5% (record increase) China M2 Money Supply, YoY, September + 29.3% (record increase)(an increase of 870 billion yuan in September) China's Official Foreign Exchange Reserves are back up to new record highs In September, new loans rose to 516.7 billion yuan ($75.8 billion), up 34 percent year-on-year. (not as fast as they were increasing) Does China remind anyone of the USA during the roaring 1920s ??? (just wondering) As you know the Yuan is pegged to the US$

briarberrys
This is interesting, has anyone posted this yet ? October 19, 2009 The Stock Market Has Never Been This (Intermediate-Term) Overbought John P. Hussman, Ph.D. In reviewing the status of the market late last week, the condition of the data was something of an anomaly in that regard. On the valuation front, stocks are presently overvalued, but to levels that we've observed at least several times in history. The anomaly relates to market action, where we can no longer find a single historical instance where stocks were more overbought on the combination of short- and intermediate-term measures we respond to most strongly. Indeed, only one instance comes close, which is November 28, 1980. http://www.hussmanfunds.com/wmc/wmc091019.htm (includes a chart of 1980)
