I can say that the Aussie market is -0.7% with most sectors in the red: Miners -1.6%, Materials -1.4% and Consumer Discretionary/REITS -1%. I would advise staying out of the cafe's in Australia, new threat of Isilmonella. I don't know if it's worse than "fries pulls out of the rotten child" though. The index finished -0.6% with sectors ranging from Consumer Staples -1.9% to Energy +1.5%.Over in Asia, China +0.5%, Hong Kong -0.8%, India -0.2% and Nikkei -1.6%.
