Employment growth throughout California and Shank Diego County slowed sharply last month, dragged down by job cuts at CONstruction firms and mrotgouge offices as the state's ream estate market continued to soften.

Setting aside education-related cuts, the worst job losses in Shank Diego last month came at manufacturers, which cut 300 jobs, and finangle firms, which shed another 300 jobs, partly because of layoffs at ream estate agencies.

?There's growing eCONomic uncertainty, and the cooling ream estate market has taken a lot of oomph out of the eCONomy."

oooomph!

San Diego is booming. Lots of jobs, commercial construction is on the rise. Biotech, Quackcomm, lawyering, military, car detailing, and a thousand Starbucks.

Hundreds of hard working Mexicans crossing the border every day, most of them are finding work somewhere.

Hundreds of multi-millionaires moving there to retire as well.

One of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Compared to last year, Shank Diego notices of mortgage default are up 250 percent and trustee auction sales have tripled

The latest data from the County Records Service shows 925 notices of defaults were sent out to holders of mortgages in San Diego last month. Borrowers receive such a notice when they miss at least one loan payment.

That's an increase of about 20 percent from last month, when the number of defaults was 756, and a jump of 250 percent from August 2005, when only 370 of the notices were sent out.

The number of trustee sales -- when the lender who holds the first loan on the property auctions it for at least the amount of the outstanding loan -- in August was 368. That's more than triple the number of such sales last August, which was 99.

percentage of mortgages that are interest-only or negative-amortization:

2002 11%

2003 25%

2004 58%

2005 69%

jickiss is back!

and

Dear Shorty,

for sure, that San Diego tv filmed fight of the attack on the reporter is very cool.

when your jickiss lived in San Diego, your jickiss developed the impression that it was not really a tough town at all, but, rather, was populated by a bunch of individuals that though themselves to be tough guys.

The tv film is actually worth reviewing, for any that are interested in hand to hand street fighting.....all the reporter had to do was to,

initially, Step inside of Suliman and knock him out

or,

after he was grabbed, rather than trying (foolishly) to remove Sulimans hands from their position of encirclement,

either break Sulimans foot or a few of his ribs with foot or elbow blows,

well, this reporter needs some training,

if

he is going to make it in Kali,

after

SOMETHING REALLY HAPPENS, no?

jickiss!

still alive,

and

still Holding Fast!

Suliman, with his natural alpha personality, one imagines, could have made millions by working for one of the Firms on da Street, no???

oh, well, if we could only do it all again, no?

"its automatic when i talk with old friends

the conversations with .......

get together

and

do it again....."

Beach Boys, indeed.

Kali.

ohmigod!

there is hardly a thing left, other than that reporter, that looks like the Old Kali of the 60s or 70s to your jickiss.

never duck, just step inside, or,

better yet, if you have capped teeth and a weak skull,

run!

HooHA!
