It amazes me, that no matter how hard I beat the drum about liquidity, people still are mesmerized into thinking that the old, stale, phony economic data has anything whatsoever to do with the market's future.

 

Of course, news is important from a short term trading perspective! The issue is the market's reaction. Do you fade it, or follow it. Not what the economic data really means. No one knows what the hell it means anyway. No one even knows if it is real. Focusing on the economy to try and guess what the stock market will do in ensuing months is an exercise in pud pulling. :lol: :lol: :lol:
