He seems to be telling people to be cautious and have lots of cash around, but at the same time is saying buy tech stocks instead of companies with earnings because they have more upside - saying stuff like the Nasty is farther off its high so there's more upside. The spoo hit an upward channel line from the March 12 low to the July 1 low. Here is the bounce. There are still tons of bulls out there to buy all these PO-TENT stocks. Let um buy it up!
