I used to have an Irish buddy who was fond of saying the English were a nation of sheep. Makes sense at the end of empire, power and resources shrinking. Well, the US is now a nation of sheep for the same reasons and more, a well oiled propaganda machine that makes Goebbels spin in his grave with glee. I'm with Doc, take it all apart, burn it down and start over. But then, I've always been too impatient. This will all end badly. For those of you under 40, I'd suggest learning Chinese or Japanese, find a good job in asia. For those of us over 50, collect all your resources and buy a homestead, make it self-sufficient, or get a boat and cruise the world. I'm working on the latter. My Bro built his own Farrier 31 and was gonna cruise the world too. But he got to Thailand 3 years ago, and cant seem to get himself to leave. Think my next trip is to pay him a visit.
