Also, I was reading then how the speculation was for a 50%++ move in the financials which would also have a good impact on the SPX. And here we are. XLF with at least a 80%++ rally. But, for sure, read some of the stuff that Mr. Armstrong has published, where he indicated that the Club Members hate risk, they want to trade against the whole world, and win every time. fine. that is the way things are. for the moment, anyway. take the GLD item, as the conveinent (for the moment) gold proxy. divide it by TBT, which goes up as rates of interest go up on goobermints. IF gold is advancing, sure, it could be a sign of Fear. But, if TBT is advancing faster than gold (in ratio to gold), well, who needs gold? (not in the ultimate sense, but in the trading sense.) the ratio drops, no fear is present worth worrying about. Therefore, it is Bedrock to your jickiss that YOU WILL only have to watch the Secret jickiss Fear INDICATOR, for when GLD begins to advance more quickly than TBT, you will know and realize that FEAR has arrived. And, like the so called night terrors that some adults suffer, the Fear wil be real. Know well, so far, only Annoyance has been present. Annoyance is when you Blow your Horn at the Moron that just cut you off in your new Lexus by one half inch. Fear is when you pull up next to the Moron and give the Moron the feenger, and the Moron points a Glock back in your direction. In other words, if you like to thimk like Mr. Armstrong thimks, When Fear finally arrives, it will destroy what is left of Confidence. Well, if bucky doesn't reverse post haste, yeah, I'm a bit concerned. Unless this is the beginning of that fabled time Doc talks about when bonds, stocks, and bucky all fall together under the aegis of some new fear that has not yet shown it's face. Being short might be somewhat difficult here otherwise if the bucky/stock market inverse correlation holds. Bugs might get a blast into euphoria though.
