SDS looks like it is making a bottom. 614663[/snapback] SRS painting some nice pos div on the hourlies which could mean a decent move back up is in the cards. If I were playing it, wouldn't want to see the recent low at 78.95 undercut by much or SRS risks heading back into that consolidation zone from Mar/Apr/May between 72-79. Longer-term, looking at the IYR (REIT etf), the sector made low by exactly tagging the first Fib level off the 2000-2007 rally at 66.50, representing a 30% haircut off the top. That low looks important from a number of angles. From here, the REITs could go into a range, hemmed in by the Feb highs and the Aug lows. Until that Aug low is taken out, it will be hard to get a big move lower in the REITsters. Short-term, though, looks like a brief REIT selloff is approaching, perhaps from current levels or slightly higher. So buying SRS as close to 79 as possible might be the ticket.
