Key reversal day on equities?

But the YEN is still above where it was prior to today's release.

It just seems that the YEN is no longer a currency. All it is is a US stock trading vehicle and a policy tool for the Japanese to shut down US manufacturing on behalf of themselves and China.

Ah Jeez the loonie is now at 1.02.

I'm tellin ya, the damn thing will be at 1.20 next summer when we go back.

No dinners out, I guess, and if we want to see the grandbabies I may have to set up shop at their house.

And we're going for a month over Christmas. I'll have to keep the thermostat set at 55%. Won't be able to afford wood for the fireplace.

The data, said Bush, are evidence that the economy is "vibrant and strong."

He said the September report, coupled with upward revisions for job growth in

the prior two months, represented 49 consecutive months of job creation, the

longest uniterrupted period of job growth on record.

He is so detached from reality that I bet if the que cards read this he would say it....

The data show the economy is vibrating and strong.

The Walmarts just south of the border gonna be damn busy this year, that's for sure.

South of the border, down 'merica way.

Pulled da trigga and bought some QID near this ayem's low (37.56). This is the 2x inverse Q-ball. First time I've shorted the Q's this year. Think the crooks might continue decorating the cake next week. But in case they don't, thought I'd get a head start on the festivities.

QID now off exactly 50% since last summer's (2006) highs.

That's only if Walmart doesn't adjust their prices accordingly instead of gouging Canadians like other retailers.

Well, I guess with the cheaper buck, we'll supposedly sell more subscriptions to non-US readers. That's the theory anyway. I don't know if it will work though.

612922[/snapback]

Maybe someone will just buy your business along with all the other US businesses as part of a package deal the administration negotiates.
