ThorAss
Thanks Thor for that feedback. To be honest 0.5 to 1% is the kind of fees you could expect to trade on foreign market (I mean mostly North American) from France. My broker is not a discount broker and I get 0.45% on french stocks... it is a big drawback if you day trade, which is not my case. But I can get stocks from anywhere in the world if I want for 1%... According to you, if 5 cents is a common slippage, the trade above should at least experienced a 0.2% charge (I gave you the $10.99 free...), in other words $500... At least this should be incorporated in the system. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> You are in Balikpapan?? If so, you could get yourself an American discount online broker. Ameritrades caters to furners.
