rog
So whats the verdict after three question? My take is Bush is keeping on script and avoiding the questions and Kerry. Kerry looks likes like he is swinging for the fences.

Yaryman
By my count Shrub has said the phrase: Wrong war, wrong place, wrong time, 5 times so far. If he says it enough, people will realize he's right for once.
depends
Bush is back pedaling. Won't win that way. IMO.

twignberries
Bush is constantly on the defensive. Seems to be pleading with people to agree with him. He is coming across to me a desperate and shrill.
Tchaikofsky
Thanks to whomever suggested watching the debate on C-SPAN. Watching the split screen speaks volumes about each candidate (while the other is talking).
Guest
Thanks to whomever suggested watching the debate on C-SPAN. Watching the split screen speaks volumes about each candidate (while the other is talking). Thanks, I didn't realize the other channels had only the single screen. Yes, the split screen shows a LOT! Bush is appearing rigid in his thinking and not absorbing the flow of the discussion, relying too much on old phrases and he seems really uncomfortable.
