Takachi
Barney Fife had one bullet but wasn't allowed to put it in the gun. Barney Google was an old time cartoon character. He retired and started an internet search site.

I think u are mistaken...he had one bullet in his upper shirt pocket! Who is the trivia buff around here? And as someone noted, it was Barney Fife. Ned38
Geeeeez Like a good citizen participating the jobless, profitless recovery I went out and saw clients today. In a whirlwind of high productivity I discovered they weren't buying much and weren't paying promptly for what they had already gotten.. On top of that their business plans most resemble paupers begging in the streets of Bangeladesh. Hand to mouth and dependant on the charity of others. These are small to medium sized businesses. These are the people who will get it in the shorts as the situation deteriorates and the waves of layoffs go further up the beach. Yet the market is holding up on a day when we discover 100k productive people ceased working last December and 40k people we thought were productively working were really doing something else. pisses me off This market deserves to go to zero

wndysrf
Pile, we are over the 200-day on the QQQ's. Yet the market seems exhausted. We should have had a 65 point day by now. Are you ready to short QLGC, CYMI, KLAC, and all the rest? The top here looks just like the March Madness top.
Jorma
Don't be pissed off. The economy has nothing to do with the market. If Al and the gang can somehow keep the liquidity adequate it could stay in this area with 50% unemployment.
