Moon Man
I wonder when financial markets really become 24 hour services. I mean there are plenty of 24 hour casino's in Vegas, Atlantic City and Macau. And they're open during labour days. Although, now that I think of it...it would probably kill me... bearvest
Some thoughts on NEM: We're nearing the last rally. We're in wave 4 of C. A bit more down, then the last rally up. If te rally since May 10th is a wedgie B wave, the lower trendline will collapse.
Ander
I sold some GSS, SSRI at the open today. Looking to buy back around where TFH mentioned, 13 on SSRI, somewhere in the low 4s on GSS. If GSS holds 4.30 and POG turns back up, I might just buy it back here. Moonman, I now think your scenario is correct. HUI going to low 190 area. However, the big positive is that the dollar is not rising. A couple weeks back, gold and silver rose significantly on a flat dollar, now they are falling on a flat dollar.
Moon Man
Hey, Ander Dude. Yup seems that way. I sold all my Nova shares, and have some bids on GSS below market.
Ander
Moon man, where do you think GSS will fall to? I am trying to decide where to reenter.
Moon Man
Yes, the odd thing today is the dollar. You can chart all what you want, but in the end it's always a surprise. Although TFH already argued for some time for a retracement back to the mid 190's after the 210-ish top. (among others) Anyway, I was fortnuate to exit early this morning some stocks, and currently bidding on some. Haven't got filled yet. Patience is key here I think. And it's always hard to be patient. Good luck goldies, and keep your fellow bugs posted.
Moon Man
Moon man, where do you think GSS will fall to? I am trying to decide where to reenter. I kinda agree with TFH his retracement targets. When the HUI was at 210-ish, GSS traded over 5 bucks. If the HUI falls back to 190-ish, then I guess 4.10-4.20 is an attractive proposition. Anyone has any targets for SSRI?
Moon Man
Price of Silver is down 4-5%. Copper stocks are up. Dollar doesn't do much. Thorsy hasn't shown up today.
Moon Man
Finally Thor arrived so he can brief us about NEM. I'm a bit blocked myself today. Three long days without market action have made me a bit dull guys. Congrats Thor, your call appears correct butttttttttttttt....... I joined you before I really got wrong. Later goobers,
Ander
4.10 to 4.20 on GSS seems reasonable. Dont know about SSRI. It could collapse all the way to the long term trendline at 12.
Ander
Actually, the long term trendline in SSRI is mid 11s it looks like. Could get there intraday.
traderfromhell
SSRI is a fast mover but it's possible today will be it to the downside in the metals. At least most of it. Unless we can take out 6.15 on a close in Silver we may be fairly close to a bottom in SSRI.
Ander
I am thinking we drop to at least 13 in SSRI.
