:D Welcome to B$ the Bell :D

A new 'planet' is discovered. What does it portend for the cycle theories or the market?

Astronomers have detected what could be the Solar System's 10th planet.

Found further away than other planets by the recently launched Spitzer Space Telescope, it has been called Sedna after the Inuit goddess of the ocean.

Saw technical analist J Weiss on with Liz Claymen this am Crapvision

Almost to funny for words as this raving bull was questioned by the hosts about what this little arrow meant and that trend line over there.

Mr Weiss went on to explain he thought the Transportation average was "mildy bullish" for reasons I happen to have missed. Of course he never mentioned we had a Dow theory sell signal when the Transports failed to take out thier high after the Feb 11 high on the dow of 10737 and went on to take out thier low of Feb 4.

Richard Russell where are you?

Is it just me or is the entire world fixated on TA these days

from the Kate Welling "Acute Observations" reference that you posted last night --

?What would Indian techies give for just one day of America's rule of law; its dependable, regulated financial markets; its efficient, noncorrupt bureaucracy; and its best public schools and universities? They'd give a lot."

It's time to give Thomas Friedman his due, as America's greatest comedy writer since Mark Twain.

I got short 3,000 shares of NT last week. There was already a story about accounting restatements on Thursday, and then it got ramped on Friday along with everything else...anyway. Anyone who was stupid enough to buy that bounce deserves what they get.

This ought to be a fun day.
