In a scathing editorial, assiz hiz WONT, Nicholas Von Hoffman, in THE NEW YORK OBSERVER, observes that during the Clinton and Bush Admin, over 300bn in contracts have been let to private sector FURms to peFURm activities which, historically, have normally been done by the military itself. Von Hoffman goes after the notion of heavy privatization of the military.
