I'm serious about it too Greg, and don't plan to let up any time soon. I'm working the media angle the hardest, because until a chorus of demands come from the media, they will simply stonewall. This is a publicly traded company and they need to abide by some fair disclosure rules where information relevant to their operations are concerned. If they have a flaw in their system that could lead to a massive failure on high volume days that might result shareholder law suits - they have an obligation to be forthcoming. If there is some other answer to what occured, they need to disclose that. They missed one hours worth of high volume revenue on Wednesday, and have an obligation to explain it to their shareholders. There is another interesting angle to this as well. I have attempted to short AMTD on not less than five occassions over the past year, and not one of the orders have gone through on their system.
