"We are currently investigating the extent of such trading and whether it caused dilution," Scudder said. The agreement was terminated in early 2003, according to the filing. The firm discovered the frequent trading pact after conducting an internal review of the firm's trading practices at the behest of federal and state regulators who are also conducting a probe of mutual fund trading abuses. Deutsche Bank shares fell 75 cents to $80.10 in mid-morning trading.

Interesting- they discovered it after regulators asked them to review, yet the agreement terminated in early 2003?

Nothing to see here- move along. NEXT!!
