Profits and Layoffs, by AGS

Recommended Posts

A non-consensus view from Gary Shilling:

"I foresee a profits decline next year with S&P 500 operating earnings down 9% to $49 per share and reported earnings down 13% to $39. What a blow to investors who believe S&P's estimates of $62 per share for operating earnings next year and $56 for reported earnings. "

Gold and silver popping. Now, let's see if they go back to the same play as the last two days and slam it hard on the stock open. B)

this place is usually hopping by now. guess everyone's @ starbucks.

I'm being cautious on the gold stocks. Why did they sell off so hard while gold continues to trade over $405??

I'm not sticking around to find out. Still have a floor of 105 on the XAU.

Any prints below that, I'm out, ready to reload at 90.
