K Wave Rider
Just opened up Bollie bands on all timeframes up to 120 min on the Dow futures, assuming we stay down, of course. Now if we can breach 9850, this party will start rockin'.

soup
greg: Yes, of course a buying opp. Unfortunately that is wuite difficult when one must always be fully invested. Small contradiction, but I am sure they have an answer

Lock Limit Down
- or at least not buying. Foreign central banks, who don't seem to care in the least that their investments are declining in value (except when its gold, but that's another story), and in fact are losing money at an accelerated basis. The Fed is in that group, and they have intervened in third world country currencies before and suffered great % wise losses. Essentially Japan is keeping its fingers in the dike long enough for many to get out of the $ and US markets - and taking the loss. Thanks for your take...Foreigners as individuals are selling out of the US bond/credit markets... Foreign central banks, who don't seem to care in the least that their investments are declining in value.... Another great example of tax dollars at work
Guest
The miners look very tired despite a terrific finish for POG and silver. The trend is up for sure but it feels like we need to consolidate for a while and build more cause. I'm not buying a thing... the risk-reward IMO is not there at the moment. Look at the volume on NEM for example; it's pathetic. I think the XAU will fill the gap but that's all for now. Final thoughts on CHK: it looks like accumulation to me. The Natural Gas futures are down a tad on the day @ $6.

fxfox
the only central bank which intervenes is BoJ. ECB, BoE, BoC, SNB did nto intervene so far, if i look at the euro i would suggest they should start to do so. I am not really sure if ECB really knows what is going on, but they will wake up when it is to late: When EUR/USD hits 1.50. FED started currency war, but ECB beleives they are at a dinner party.
