"One of the most interesting aspects of this entire rally is how many people are afraid of missing the downside. That's right, the downside. No one seems scared of missing the rally. And that's the biggest difference among the three previous rallies we've had since the bear market began."

Maybe today is reflective of a change in the above behavior, what with the low PC readings. Watch the pullbacks. I would imagine a pullback from 980 would show low complacency, as we would be above 965.

500-600 ?Why stop there?

I'm looking for 20-30 ?:D

I've never seen such optimism...

During the early 80's I remember the SPX futures trading at 50. A very good trader I knew at that time said the stock buyers of the 80's will be the millionares of the 90's. He was so obviously wrong I immediately shorted a contract. Turned out they would have been billionaires. :(

I thought I had learned alot from those trading days but I guess I am wrong again.

:(

Still looking for a downturn Monday...

That's Great Grizz

I remeber one of my first futures trades. 64 US 30yr bond puts. (old contract 8% coupon, not the 6 of today) Rates at 12% WAY TOO LOW! ha ha
