That's certainly what the US officially wants foreigners to believe. Did you know that in the US there has been a Presidential advisor on the 'cost of capital' since the early seventies? Dharmaeye Posted April 25, 2003 Report Share Posted April 25, 2003 My indicator - stochastic and MACD over large range of periods (1-30 min) suggest a sharp move down within an hour or so for a few hours? followed by a about a 3 day rally to test highs or set DowN divergence.
