Richard Roy, 41, is accused of twice robbing a Wachovia bank in Clearwater last week, making off with a total of nearly $6000. During his second heist, he allegedly handed over a note that read, "No dye pack this time. I will shoot you!" He was later caught, uh, red-handed." The amcro question is... Is this a base building phase in the market or is it a distribution phase before we move to a new lower channel of trading?
