The timing is right and a 5 day cycle low projection of 3605 was hit. Hourly oscillators have formed a trough. But price hasn't confirmed yet. They need to have an hourly close above 3645 at noon. I'd like to see the H&S complete at 3500 then go from there. We do have the 30 day cycle coming in on Friday/Monday. To me...this feels like the decline going into the June low. Although...on a much smaller scale. When we broke the 3720 level...it doesn't matter whether they crack it up or break it down. The move should still be the same. 180 to 220 points.
