What I have noticed is that everyone is not trusting this rally and trying to jump on this train down.....incl. me from here and it makes me uncomfortable......today will show the way into end of week once the (inverted or not) waves become evident

I have seen you mention inversion previously. What do you mean by that term? TIA

Rich

patterns repeat day in day out...pattern today is an inversion pattern....it can peek or bottom at the timeframe but at moment you don't know what it will be...my gut says low am and low (70%chance)(inverted) pm...and that would define the rest of the week....however if we go opposite way.....then bears watch out.........we will ramp above this resistence rest of week

the 200day ma on the spx is 895. short term this rally does not stop until that it hit. the only question is do we get a mild pullback before this happens. the uptrend line from the lows looks to be 859.

Today's best rumor (so far) has MSNBC reporting Tariq Aziz as being shot.....now they're unable to confirm.

My favorite one was the report that some Iraqi official has said that Bush and Blair must go, if they want to avert a war.

10% of France is Muslim??? Thats odd.

Not when you consider France's history of colonialism. Their former colony Algeria has provided many French Muslim citizens. Very ironic when you consider that they actually have a board which rules on whether a word is acceptable to use in French -- "Pullover" is okay, but "sweater" is not -- because they wanted "purity" in their culture. Now they have a large Muslim population. Law of unintended consequences.

Today is day 6 of the current up cycle and should mark a mid cycle high here

for us. I have 2 scenarios for today. We gap and snap and finish stronger today to

put in mid cycle highs or we gap and crap and put in an outside lower day

close which should spark a lower move into opex. Could also be a sell the

news day too with war imminent. Therefore lets watch:

ES A break of 872 up that is held confirms the higher move today to 876 and

881. 890 is extended target on strength today. A move back below 862 and we

try for yesterday's lows at 856 area. A break here and the cycle highs will

have been posted. Look for 849-852 area to support the down move.

NQ Trading above 1073 keeps the higher hopes alive up to 1103 and 1110. A

break of 1073 down and we test 1063 area from yesterday. Below here and the

party ends down to 1057 and 1047. Look for a bounce here. Trading between

1073 and 1088 continues to be choppy with a bullish bias.

Dow Everybody is watching the 8250 level. We are also in a rising wedge

which is bearish. A break of 8150 down and the wedge is broken and we should

fall back to 8065 area. Look for buyers here. 8000 is the low point today. A

break of 8250 up and the dow goes ballistic looking for 8350 area. Confirm

the break above 8250 as it could be a trap.

We have been up 5 days in a row and are o/b on shorter time frames. The

daily stochs still have some room for further upside though which makes

today a tough call, although I do believe todauy marks mid cycle highs followed by a dump tomorrow and call killing into Friday. With that said, I respect the powers that be.

France has been under increasing strain from the teeming millions in the Mahgreb who have fled to it in the past few decades.

A function of the ironic legacy of empire coupled with geographic proximity.

They are shunted into increasingly crowded warrens of major cities.

They do a lot of the scut work, like minorities in this country. The people who clean the bathrooms or empty the wastebaskets in the high rise office buildings. Europe's economy is now heavily dependent upon them.

10% doesn't surprise HRFF though the percentage sounds a bit high.
