DrStool Posted February 10, 2022 Author Report Share Posted February 10, 2022 It's called a death cross. Meaningless in bull or rangebound markets. Often near a short term bottom, but tends to be early or late in a bear market. Therefore, of no practical use that I can think of. You have two different lags. More important on that chart is that price broke the 200 recovered, but failed to recapture it, and it's about to roll over. That's a very bearish sequence. My house is under contract already at 4% above my axing price. And as I'm looking for something to buy here, all the listings that I had liked are suddenly sold. And not much new is coming online. In the interview with Tom Bodrovics, he asked me what I liked. That was December 28. I said cash for the time being, but that getting short was the other option.
