0.80 on the 10 year. They need to stay below that.  The peg will probably be 0.6-0.75. 

It will require unlimited QE.  

But it's "not monetization" 🤣 because they have a strawman handling the transactions and taking a cut. The Primary Dealer system is the biggest financial scam in the history of the world. There's no reason whatsoever that the central bank couldn't just buy the paper directly from the US Treasury instead of pumping it through a dealer system into the stock and bond markets.
