I am embarrassed to have to ask this Lee but are bank reserves liabilities on their balance sheets?  Both commercial and central banks.  My mind  is failing fast I guess.

Yes. Liabilities to the Fed. Assets to the banks. But bank deposits are liabilities of the banks and assets of the account holders

Did you see my answer and was it clear? 

Just remember, one guy's financial asset is another guy's liability.

Oh yes, it's clear.  I mean I knew it, but, just to be sure that is correct per technical language.

Can't see it. I'm blocked from Twitter until I remove my offending tweet where I used bad words to criticize the borg. Which is fine with me. Waste of 10 years of energy.
