So I stopped the roast, picked out the done and slightly singed beans one by one.  Then put the rest back in the Presto for finishing. I mixed them all when done, ground enough for a mug. 

One of the best cups ever! 

Guatemalan Antigua, best at a medium to medium dark roast blend. Awesome.
