Pretty sure my house can withstand a Cat 3, but can't be without electricity for days. If anywhere on the S. FL or central FL coast takes a direct hit from a Cat 4 or 5, these are heavily populated high value areas. Damage would be catastrophic. The further south landfall is, the greater the impact.
