A bounce in progress for the early openers: Kiwis +0.1%, Aussies +0.3%, Japan +0.9%, Sth Korea +1.1%.

In Aussie sectors, Healthcare doing a surge, +3.1% followed by IT +1.4%.  At the other end, Gold is doing it hard, -4.8%.

All Ords gained +0.4% for the day with sectors ranging from Healthcare +4.5% down to Gold -4.3%.

Over in Asia, China +4.2%, Hong Kong +0.1%, Japan +1%, India currently +1%.

UK/Europe heading south: FTSE -0.9%, DAX -1.3%, CAC -1.1%.

10 year yield ticks a new low for the move.

The recession forecast by the yield curve isn't showing up in the federal tax collection data. Somebody's going to be very disappointed. Like anyone who bought the 10 year at 1.6%. Or even 2%.
