Sectors ranged from IT -1.9%, Consumer Discretionary/Staples -1.7% to Gold with a small gain, +0.5%. Over in Asia, China down a whopping -5.6%, Hong Kong -2.9%, India currently -0.9%. There's no one to enforce the law. He is the law. Now he wants two more years added to his term. The House is powerless. Who will stop him? We live in a dictatorship.
