A couple of attempts by All Ords to rise above it all but to no avail.  The index closed flat with sectors ranging from Consumer Staples +0.8% down to Energy -1.3%.

Over in Asia, China and Hong Kong +0.5%, India currently -0.1%.

UK/Europe charging out of the starting gate: FTSE +0.8%, DAX +0.4%, CAC +0.3%.

Well, ah, I'm keeping the party hats in the closet. I was just thinking if there was ever a moment to be a contrarian this is it. I'll probably be thinking that at 3100 too.
