A violent uptick end of day saved All Ords from closing in the red (just).  Gold +1.9% was clear leader in the sectors followed by Miners +1.3% and Materials +1%.

Over in Asia, China +0.4%, Hong Kong -0.9%, Japan and India closed.

UK/Europe mixed shortly after open: FTSE +0.4%, DAX -0.3%, CAC flat.

If they clear 2839, odds are good that  they can clear yesterday's high of 2843. If not, bears should take charge.

10 year fetching same yield as 6 month t-bills. something's terribly wrong.

easing in SH here as the robots test new all-time highs.
