It's only 3 weeks but $100bn+ of checks will now be in the mail and out of the Treasuries checking account.

I don't think it will be that much. I think I overestimated, but this still seems like a sell the news moment. The tax refund checks will start being processed again. February is a huge month for that. The bulge may come a little later, but it's coming.  

The wildcard is the Treasury account. They may use that instead of borrowing. I'll be watching that daily.  Currently $398 billion.

pretty confusing. Bulge means rally, later?
