That got me looking as I knew his term was ending. It did end, I guess, October 31st. The thing is he is still president and I don't don't see any stories about his status. I see stories from September about leading candidates to replace him. Pretty damn odd. My bad. Term ends 10/31/2019 I would not be shocked if the ECB announces more 'stimulus' someday.
