All Ords 5-day chart




All Ords eked out a small gain, +0.1% with sectors equally divided: Miners +1.3%, Materials +1.1% down to Telecomms -2.4% and REITS -1.8%.

Over in Asia, China +1.2%, Hong Kong +1.3%, Japan +1%, India currently +0.3%.

A touch of red in UK/Europe, FTSE/DAX/CAC all -0.2%.

Draghi is on the wire today. 'Significant monetary stimulus still needed' he says. 

That got me looking as I knew his term was ending.  It did end, I guess, October 31st. The thing is he is still president and I don't don't see any stories about his status. I see stories from September about leading candidates to replace him.  Pretty damn odd.

My bad. Term ends 10/31/2019

I would not be shocked if the ECB announces more 'stimulus' someday. A day you don't want to be short.

Pretty stupendous how the SPX now routinely moves 10 points in 10 minutes. Speaks to the market's illiquidity.

This setup looks bullish on the 10 minute bars. So if it fails and drops belwo 2649 could get a spectacular selloff.
