Gold +2.2% is the main bright spot in Aussie sectors with IT down the most -3.3% followed by Healthcare -3.2%. Jimbo Posted December 10, 2018 Report Share Posted December 10, 2018 APPLE REDUX I bagged Apple on this Board a while ago. Apple subsequently loses $200 Billion in market cap. Which is rather annoying. Because I can no longer bag the stock. As at 800 billion in market cap it is within a reasonable value market parameter With 50 billion in FCF its worth about 750 Billion (15 times FCF) If you think of the stock as a bond (and that's a good way to think about a stock) its yielding 6-7% (FCF/Market Cap). Gold +2.2% was the only notable up sector and on the downside, IT -3.8%, Healthcare -3.7%, Financials -3.1% and so on... There is still no fear out there ... Over in Asia, China -0.8%, Hong Kong -1.2%, Japan -2.1%, India -2%.
