Last trading hour yest was the key: That was - in my view - clearly intervention from a very powerfull force. Today we never got an hourly close below the close of yest in ES.

Please tell me I'm dreaming and this isn't real:

Reminds me of my grandparents and millions of their fellow Jews fleeing the pogroms of Eastern Europe.  And so it brings to mind the words on the base of the Statue of Liberty National Monument.

The New Colossus

Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

Some intrepid reporter should ask C, JPM, GS  and the rest, about the myriad ways they have increasingly been flooding Brazil with capital as a Generalissimo is taking over. Because a Generalissimo is taking over.

GS and the Boys from Brazil. What a partnership.

Actually, he was a captain.  Which is even worse. Daffy Gaddafi was a colonel.

Things are getting ugly all over the world.  I'm placing my chips on Western Europe as the last hope of mankind.

I meant functionally. Spiritually.

Your too literal minded and I say that as someone afflicted with excess literal mindedness,

But I think captain is worse than general.  But it's not as bad as Corporal.

You know who.

Sure, but who else does?  No matter.  It's the present I'm interested in.  GS and the Boys from Brazil.
