World Stock Markets Trading Discussion - Unflappable umpiring

Nothing much happening so far: Kiwis +0.1%, All Ords -0.1%, Japan -0.3%, Sth Korea closed.

Aussie sectors evenly balanced: Consumer Staples +1.8% and Healthcare +1.4%.  At the other end are Gold and Energy, both -1%.

All Ords just kept on going, finishing +0.5%.  Sectors ranged from Healthcare (error reading), IT +2.3% down to Gold -2.2% and Miners -1.2%.

Some steep losses in Asia: China -2.1%, Hong Kong -1.6%, Japan -0.7%, India closed.


UK/Europe flat to up: FTSE flat, DAX +0.3%, CAC +0.1%.

SLV down nearly over 3% over 3.7% this morning to $13.53.


I guess someone has to raise some cash.


GLD down to $111.92 and GC 1189.


Smoking right through their 52-week lows.

Western Digital (WDC) getting dumped day in and day out. It just cracked below $62 with a P/E of 8.2. Could it possibly keep going down?
